The context & Challenges
Digitizing a multi-industry business model is never an easy equation. The complexity of Menas lies in the fact that they not only manage large-scale projects serving corporate partners (B2B), but also directly operate supermarkets, amusement parks, and dining spaces aimed at end-consumers (B2C).
Given that practical context, the Alpha Creative team had to solve three core challenges:
• How to consolidate all the fragmented pieces – from Retail and F&B to Property Management – into a single “digital home” without causing visual clutter?
• How to establish a perfect balance between Prestige and Professionalism (to persuade leasing partners) and Vibrancy and Bustle (to attract individual customers for shopping and entertainment)?
• How to ensure that every touchpoint on the interface authentically reflects the Group’s “Amaze You Always” spirit?

Faced with this complex puzzle, Alpha Creative mapped out a comprehensive approach, firmly built on three core pillars.
1. Information Architecture
Instead of cramming all content onto the homepage, we applied a smart categorization strategy. The website was organized into clear content pillars right on the main Menu, highlighted by the Business Sectors category (including Supermarkets, F&B, Property Management, etc.). The effect of this clear-cut architecture is that it helps visitors immediately locate what they need with just one click, minimizing search time.
2. Design Language (Visual & UI Direction)
We defined a design style that is Modern and Minimalist, yet still exudes the Professionalism of a large enterprise.
By consistently using the brand’s color palette combined with ample white space to create “breathing room” and a premium feel for the interface, Alpha Creative clearly conveyed brand values through a concise and profound visual language. Flexibility in handling multi-touchpoints makes web interactions smooth and seamless. Specifically, we infused the Lifestyle element into the design by prioritizing images of people actively interacting and enjoying services at Menas Mall or Mena Gourmet, aiming to evoke emotions in the viewers.
3. User Experience & Technology (UX & Tech)
Technically, configuring and optimizing the website’s operational performance to deliver a seamless experience with zero latency is one of our top commitments. Through responsive design, the interface is optimized for display across all devices (Mobile, Tablet, Desktop), ensuring that both B2B partners viewing corporate profiles and B2C customers looking for entertainment venues find it highly convenient.
The entire site structure is built using intuitive module designs, arranged scientifically and logically to facilitate a swift customer experience. Concurrently, a flexible content management system allows Menas to easily update notable activities on the fly, keeping the website “fresh” and keeping pace with the Group’s growth rate.

Through a rigorous research and development process, the Menas Vietnam website has now become a unified digital ecosystem. It is a comprehensive portal that accurately reflects the scale and market stature of Menas Group.
