Job Summary
The Director of Food and Beverage will oversee the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensure the implementation of service strategies and operational initiatives. Ensure the food and beverage/culinary operation meets target customer needs, maintains employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department. The role also develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of guests and employees while providing a strong return on investment.
